Problem
The VMC Group offers bespoke design, engineering, and production services tailored to the needs of industrial OEM, commercial construction, and military & aerospace sectors. They faced challenges with extended sales cycles lasting anywhere from 2 to 14 days, necessitating considerable manual effort from their engineering team. Their ability to scale was constrained by a heavy reliance on manual processes. The absence of technological efficiencies implied that their sales procedures were not easily replicable.
Our Vision
Roko was asked to optimize and accelerate VMC’s top-line growth by developing a modern cloud-based product that would enable VMC clients to independently create, analyze, and order services and products, reducing the sales cycle from days to hours. The new system, E-Generator, would improve sales scalability by minimizing reliance on engineering talent and ensure a repeatable, consistent, and user-friendly experience.
